This promotion is organized by Acushnet Europe Ltd., Caxton Road, St. Ives, Huntington, Cambridgeshire PE27 3LU, England.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE.

Eligibility: Promotion is open to legal residents of France, Germany, Sweden, Ireland, and the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over if resident in the UK or, if different, the age of majority in their country if resident in France, Germany, Sweden or Ireland. Employees of Acushnet Europe Ltd., its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families and/or household members of each are not eligible.

2. Promotion Dates: This Promotion will begin at 12:01a.m. GMT on April 5, 2023 and end at 11:59 p.m. GMT April 17, 2023.

3. Prize Drawings: Random drawings for Prizes will be held on the drawing date listed below from all eligible entries received during the relevant entry period. The entry period for each draw will end on the Deadline shown below.

• Contest Begins 12:01a.m. GMT on: April 5, 2023
• Contest Deadline 11:59p.m. GMT on: April 17, 2023
• Draw Date: April 18, 2023

Limit one entry per email address/household per drawing. No third-party entries. Entrants may enter the drawing for each Contest by submitting a new entry during the relevant entry Period; provided, however, that the winner of any Prize is not eligible to win any further Prizes in this promotion.

4. By entering, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. Sponsor is not responsible for any computer system, or technical malfunction of any telephone lines, computer on-line systems, software, hardware, servers, access providers, computer equipment, program malfunctions or other errors, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at website, or any combination thereof, that are human or technical in nature, including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion; to cancel or suspend this Promotion and randomly award the prizes from among all eligible entries prior to action taken by Sponsor should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the security, administration or proper play of the game. Should the Promotion be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted at "https://www.footjoy.co.uk". Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Promotion. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such devices will cause disqualification. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the "authorized account holder" person in whose name the email account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in the Eligibility section of these official rules. "Authorized Holder" shall mean the natural person assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

6. Random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor’s Information Technology department whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this Promotion. Winners will be notified by email. If a prize or prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing.

7. Prizes:

A. One (1) winner, plus three (3) guests, will win a tee time at Kingsbarns Golf Links on Friday 12th May 2023 with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of one thousand and four hundred and ninety-six pounds (£1,496.00). There will be a total of twelve (12) tee times awarded as part of this competition. Each tee time is non-transferable and must be used on the stated date/time only, details as follows:

• Exact date for the prize is 12th May 2023.
• One (1) round golf per winner at Kingsbarns Golf Links. One round consists of one (1) winner and three (3) guests.
• One (1) FJ Welcome pack (with an approx. value of £45.00).

In addition, winners and their guests will have the chance to compete on the day to win FJ prizes. Entry to this competition on the day is not compulsory.

• Winner and their fellow players will check-in with the FJ team on arrival to receive competition rules and scoring info.
• The format for the competition will be best-ball format, where all golfers play their own ball and the two best scores on each hole will counted towards a team score. Subject to change, format will be confirmed upon arrival.
• The winning fourball team (4 golfers) will each win one (1) pair of FJ shoes, worth up to £209.99
• The 2nd place fourball team (4 golfers) will each receive one (1) FJ golf shirt, worth up to £64.99

All taxes, gratuities and other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner. Guests accompanying winner must sign and return a liability/publicity release prior to travel, if requested. If winner's guest is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documents and travel with minor on trip. Exact date for the experience is fixed to 12th May 2023. If first prize winner and/or guests are unable to travel on the specified dates, the prize shall be forfeited and a new winner selected, time permitting.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no prize substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed except as provided herein. FootJoy reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the featured prize become unavailable. All taxes on the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

C. Total ARV of all prizes is approximately £1,676 per winner and guests. Prizes are non-transferable, and no prize substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value should featured prize become unavailable. All taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winners.

8. Prize Winners: Prize winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit or Certificate of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law), within 14 days of notification mailed. Failure to comply with this condition will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner will be selected. All Prizes will be awarded. Except where prohibited, winners consent to the use of his/her name, photo, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation. Winners release Sponsor, its directors, employees and agents including without limitation its advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession and or use or misuse of any prize, with the exception of death or personal injury caused by any negligence on the part of Sponsor, its directors, employees or agents.

9. Governing law. This Promotion shall only be construed and evaluated according to English law, without regard to the principles of conflicts of laws and submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of such laws. This Promotion is void where prohibited.

10. Winners' List: For the names of the prize winners, send a self-addressed stamped legal size envelope by July 31, 2023, to: 2023 FootJoy Links Fourballs, c/o Acushnet Europe Ltd., Caxton Road, St. Ives, Huntington, Cambridgeshire PE27 3LU. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, illegible, incomplete or postage due mail.
