RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) from FootJoy, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise with all labels and garment tags attached within 30 days of original purchase date. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

Only items purchased on FootJoy.co.uk (UK) with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for returns.

Instructions:

Please use the 'Make a Return' button to manage your return and follow the instructions below.

  1. If using your original shipping box for packaging your return, please remove any shipping labels. Securely attach the label which you have printed off or use the QR code you have been sent via e-mail from Rebound to scan in the parcel at the local drop off location.
  2. Attach the return label to the outside of your box. Please note the tracking number so you have it for reference to track your return. Please do not use your shoebox as the shipping box when returning footwear.
  3. Please make sure you fill out the Returns Form, detach and enclose with your parcel. As this includes your original order number.
  4. You may track your return as once the parcel has been dropped off and scanned you will receive an e-mail from Rebound containing a link to track your return.
  5. Please allow 10-15 business days for the receipt and processing of your return. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been completed.
  6. Please note that FootJoy is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.

Tracking My Return

To track your return accurately please use the link in your confirmation e-mail from Rebound once you have processed your return, or click on the ‘Track your Return’ button below which takes you to the Rebound portal. Alternatively, should you require any further assistance with your return, please contact Customer Services on 0800 616198.

Exchanges

We are sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 30 days of original purchase date. Please see our Return Policy above.

Customised Products

MyJoys are made just for you. All sales of custom products are final, customised products may not be returned.
